Who Is IQ Accounting Solutions?

IQ Accounting Solutions is me, Steve Collins. I have a bachelor’s degree in accounting and started my career in traditional accounting roles.  In 1997 I had the chance to put my accounting knowledge to work in the I.T. world by providing technical support to Peachtree users and that’s what I’ve been doing ever since.

At that time Peachtree Complete Accounting for DOS 10.0 and Peachtree Complete Accounting for Windows 4.0 were the current releases.  Since then, many versions of Peachtree have come and gone but I’m still providing implementation assistance, training, and ongoing support to users of both new and old versions of Sage 50/Peachtree.

In 2008, I started IQ Accounting Solutions LLC.  As a Sage 50 Master Certified Consultant and Sage Solution Provider my focus is on helping small businesses get the most out of their accounting software through proper software selection, training, setup, and ongoing support. I believe much of my success is due to my ability to work effectively with everyone from CPAs and IT professionals to people who don’t like accounting or computers but just need to get the job done.
